Sandor Fabian is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Central Florida and the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Sandor is also a Senior Advisor at the Atlantic Council, a Non-resident fellow at Princeton and West Point`s Modern War Institute Irregular Warfare Initiative, the Chair of Integration at the Irregular Warfare Center, and a NATO Special Operations Subject Matter Expert, Curriculum Developer and Advanced Studies team leader at LEIDOS, supporting the NATO Special Operations School in Chievres, Belgium. Sandor`s research interests include non-traditional approaches to conflict, modern resistance, special operations, new concepts of warfare and American security force assistance.
Sandor holds a PhD in Security Studies and a Graduate Certificate in National Intelligence Studies from the University of Central Florida, a Master’s degree in Defense Analysis from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in military science from the Miklos Zrinyi National Defense University in Hungary.
Sandor separated from the Hungarian military after serving 16 years as a Special Forces Officer at the tactical, operational and strategic levels. During his last assignment Sandor served as the deputy director of Force Readiness Directorate at the NATO Special Operations Headquarters in Mons, Belgium.
Sandor and his family currently reside in Lake Mary, FL.
